Gap fills detect methods validated in one disease but missing from a related one. Analogy transfers surface cross-domain method transfers and AI/ML methods not yet applied in biomedical research. Reasoning traces are sparks and assumptions extracted from papers' own reasoning chains. All SQL-based, no additional LLM calls.
